CCPA Privacy Notice for California Residents

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"). GetAutoServices is owned and operated by SANFORD FRONTIERS, INC., 1200 South Pine Island Road, Plantation, FL 33324.

We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. We keep each category for as long as described in the retention section of our Privacy Policy.

2. Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. You can opt out using the form below or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared.

3. Your rights

4. How to submit a request

Use the form below, email privacy@getautoservices.com, or call +1 (727) 986-4336. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days with notice). To verify your identity we will match the information you provide with our records and may ask you to confirm a code sent to your account email. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your signed permission.
